Monthly plans
If you have not used any renders in a billing period, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.
After renders have been used the period is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.
Annual plans
Annual plans can be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase, minus any renders already used.
How to request a refund
Email support@aicartoonvideogenerator.lol with the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge. We reply within two business days.
