1. Your account
You need an account to generate videos. Sign-in is handled with Google, and you are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
You must be at least 13 years old and may not use the service to create content that is unlawful or infringes anyone else’s rights.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page before checkout.
You can cancel at any time from the billing settings in your account; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts you submit and of the videos you export, subject to the rights of third-party model and stock providers.
You grant us the limited licence we need to process your prompts, render videos and deliver the service to you.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload or generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that impersonates a real person without permission.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or overload the rendering queue.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Generated videos are produced by AI models and may contain unexpected results; review them before publishing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the product before it takes effect.
